In 1999, I obtained copyright permission to do a music transcription of Nusrat’s “Tumhen Dil Lagi Bhool Jani Paregee.” The annotated transcription is available for downloading as a 103-page pdf at conalboyce.com (near the bottom of the page). Can you explain the procedure for me to do an upload of that pdf to Nusratforever.com?

Or, if it looks suitable to you, a more straightforward approach might be for you to just grab the pdf from there and post it internally? I’m not concerned about my own “copyright” etc. Just want to share the pdf (and my enthusiasm about Nusrat). Your thoughts?

I’ll recommend you to study Ghalib, the immortal poet of Urdu. Hopefully there will be some of his work translated to other languages as well.

I don’t find no words to thank you enough for all of the time you dedicated to this research project, but well, being at the mercy of the words for the expression of my gratitude, I’ll use, rather, the minimum to say the most. Thank you.

The website nusratforever.com has some very unique collection which is hard to find anywhere else (trust me, I have been looking). Also seems like you guys know your stuff. For example low pitch and high pitch samples. You don’t see it else where.
Just wondering, are you guys still adding stuff? If you want, I have some gigs of Khan Sb’s collection. All sorted. Including a concert he did in Paris. Let me know if you interested to put it up.
